Important: For shipping outside of USA, you have to subscribe to the shipping insurance ”Customs insurance ” at checkout and in order to receive a refund if your order is withheld by customs in your country (outside of USA).
Global shipping insurance is available for all international orders during checkout. The cost is USD $10 per $100 in order value. This ensures that your purchase and investment is protected. If your order is not delivered and or not received for any reason, CBDsky will re-deliver it at no additional cost to you. If the original order is still not delivered successfully, the supplier will then refund the full amount of the original purchase price.
*Shipping insurance does not cover customs charges/fees/taxes if any, only non-delivery.

If the supplier receive the product back and it is sellable based on their inspection, they will issue a refund.
